Tabebuia donell-smithii

Este árbol de bellas flores amarillas es nativa
de México, Centroamérica y el Caribe.  Existe
una especie muy similar nativa de Sudamérica,
la Tabebuia chrysantha.  Ambas son especies
protegidas en México.

También hay un par de parientes cercanos de
flores rosadas: la Tabebuia rosea y Tabebuia
impetiginosa.
This tree of lovely yellow flowers is native to
Mexico, Central América and the Caribbean. There
is a very similar species native to South America,
Tabebuia chrysantha. Both are protected in Mexico.

There are also a couple of close relatives with pink
flowers: Tabebuia rosea and Tabebuia
impetiginosa.
